International Walking Festival. The Mourne Mountains
and surrounding area offers some of the best walking
in Ireland set within stunning scenery.
Designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
(AONB), there is
not only a huge diversity of flora and fauna,
but also a wealth of heritage, myths and legends.
The Festival is the ideal time to come and discover
the delights of the area, sample some of the excellent
local cuisine and accommodation, enjoy traditional
music and most importantly participate in some
wonderful walking.
